​1962 Ashley 1172

Registration No. 1660 MM

This 1960's Ashley 1172 was unknown to me until late
May 2020 
when it was posted on a Facebook Group page
"Ashley Laminates" by David Montgomery.

David provided the following information on the post,

"Another Buckler with an Ashley body was 1660 MM. Our information is that unfortunately, the car was written off."

I asked David for more details about the car and he got permission from the owner for me to write and publish this webpage.
I'm awaiting more details.

The Builder/Owner of the car is Chris Lovelock, he built it in the early 1960's, using a Buckler chassis topped off with the Ashley 1172 bodyshell.
