1960 Ashley 1172

I have no photo's of this Ashley 1172 but I do know that it had a
Blue body in 1969 and would have looked like the photo above.
I have not found any Current DLVA Registration Information so must assume it is know longer registered, I guess it might be in someone's backyard or old barn, but more likely scrapped.
This car was seen by Trevor Pyman, (a very keen cyclist, car enthusiast and contributor to these Ashley websites),
back on 20th April 1969 in Danbury, near Chelmsford, Essex.
He saw it on the driveway of a house in Mill Lane, Danbury, it was there for a few days and then gone never to be seen by Trevor again.
And he could find no registration details.
Being Registered in Bedfordshire it's quite possible that the driver
was only a visitor to Danbury and not a resident in the area.
